Use your leadership skills and passion for reducing homelessness to guide and support our teams of hardworking dedicated, professionals working in our Connecting Home HYAP program.  The Connecting Home and HYAP programs deliver high-quality services supporting young people from 12 to 24 years.Connecting home youth support young people 16-24 who are experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, or unstable housing.The HYAP Program supports young people 12-16 years, who may be having problems at home or at risk of homelessness, to get connected with their family, friends, work, school and community.The Team Leader will provide individual and team support to program workers supporting them with the delivery of high-quality customer-centered services, including intake and comprehensive assessment, case management and referral of customers. The successful candidate will have; demonstrated experience in leading a team, experience and qualifications within the social and human services sector, excellent communication, negotiation and conflict management skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain strong and effective relationships.The selection criteria for this role can be found within the Position Description (link below).What Social Futures Offers:Generous Salary Packaging optionsStaff well-being programFlexible Working optionsAccess to Learning and Development (including Study Leave)Career Opportunities for advancementStaff Recognition Program and Celebration EventsSocial Futures is a voice for social change in regional Australia, helping to create connected, resilient communities.
