An opportunity has opened for an experienced Team Leader to join us in our Youth Programs. We are looking for someone who has the ability to balance supporting staff to achieve client outcomes with administration in line with funding guidelines. This position will see you responsible for 2 of our Youth Programs - Connecting Home Youth and our Homeless Youth Assistance Program (HYAP) who provide services across our Lismore, Tweed and Grafton sites.The successful candidate will have well developed interpersonal and communication style which is team orientated and promotes collaboration. You will also need to demonstrate previous experience in leading and developing a team and sound knowledge in risk mitigation practices, specifically focused on young people and their families.
