Social Futures seeks an experienced HR professional to join the People & Culture Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager People and Culture, the Team Leader coordinates key strategic people and culture initiatives and manages the People and Culture team to deliver comprehensive employee services, employee relations support, and work health and safety services via a business partner model.This is a fast paced, flexible and hands-on role in a busy, dynamic environment.
