The Capacity Building and Engagement (CBE) Team Leader supports a specialist team of lived experience Local Area Coordinators to work collaboratively with people with disabilities and their families, mainstream and community services and supports, schools and the broader community to improve accessibility and inclusion for people with disability.The Team Leader will be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of several school-based inclusion programs and a number of other community engagement and capacity building initiatives.  To shape this new role you will bring experience in leading a diverse team with a strong understanding of how to support staff using their lived experience expertise of disability as well as First Nations staff working in a culturally embedded way.The team members are working across offices in Northern NSW, Central Coast and Western NSW so travel will be a requirement of the position.What Social Futures Offers:A responsive and family friendly workplaceAccess to banked hours leaveAttractive salary packaging optionsRegular supervision and supportOngoing training and development    Social Futures is a voice for social change in regional Australia, helping to create connected, resilient communities.
