Are you passionate about supporting your team?We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Recovery Connect program, as part of the housing and homelessness stream.This team will support Program Workers who are working with community members who are experiencing impacts from the floods. The Team Leader will oversee the team who are offering guidance on relevant services such as mental health, well-being, accommodation and the navigation of other services availableThe Team Leader willLead the Recovery Connect team across Lismore and surrounds, supporting flood recovery activity within the community Ensure high-quality services are provided by the service delivery team including referrals to appropriate support servicesCollaborate across a variety of community-based organisations to ensure the best possible outcomes for community members affected by the 2022 floodsApplicants shouldHave proven experience leading a team in the community or homelessness sector or hold relevant/transferable qualifications and skillsDemonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders, service providers and team membersHave experience in case review and supervisionBe able to support a team with self-care strategiesHave a passion for making positive change in their communityWhat Social Futures OffersGenerous Salary packaging optionsAdditional leave options including Banked hours, Study leave Health and Wellbeing program Flexible Working optionsTraining, Development and Career OpportunitiesRecognition Program and Company- wide celebration eventsSocial Futures is a voice for social change in regional Australia, helping to create connected, resilient communities.
