If so, this is the role for you!Thrive in our busy environment as this new role uses your creative problem solving and process thinking to improve our service delivery workflow needs.  Through developing and enhancing our current software solutions you will be involved in the analyse and iterate expert processes to remove barriers & help our teams to better assist our participants and be able to interpret and provide best solutions for the expressed needs of service delivery teams.Working within our Service Delivery branch you will be responsible for:Undertaking business analysis activities with new and existing internal clientsBuilding/directing/suggesting enhancements to the current software and liaising with IT, Service Delivery and external stakeholdersConfigure systems to meet client requirements and expectationsTrain new staff in using existing software as well as existing staff when the products are updatedProduce high quality client facing documentationProduce reports and dashboards for data analysis as per client requirements.Maintain excellent relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business, liaising directly with both Service Delivery and other parts of the business (e.g IT, Quality and Risk, Finance etc.)Obtain and maintain a high level of knowledge of our different Community Services.The following will be highly regarded:Sales Force implementation experiencePractical hands-on experience in Community Services Service Delivery environmentsWhat Social Futures Offers:Generous Salary packaging optionsAdditional leave options including Banked hours, Study leave Health and Wellbeing program Flexible Working optionsTraining, Development and Career OpportunitiesRecognition Program and Company- wide celebration eventsSocial Futures is a voice for social change in regional Australia, helping to create connected, resilient communities.
