The Project and Administration Officer is responsible for supporting the Community Family and Youth Branch Senior Management team with high level administration and support for branch management activities including project administration, internal communications, quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
To be successful in this position you will come with similar experience supporting a team with competing deadlines in a fast moving, complex work environment. You pride yourself on your exemplary customer service and communication skills, you have an eye for detail and are always looking for ways to improve systems and processes. You will be happy to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team as well as working independently.
