Have a passion for assisting individuals in finding employment and/or training?Social Futures are seeking an individual with a firm grasp  and  understanding of the employment services industry, with a proven track record of successful employment and training outcomes. The applicant with have  a strong understanding of emerging issues, trends, and barriers facing communities of the Northern Rivers Region & respective LGA’s. The ideal candidate will have an expertise in assisting residents to secure long term employment outcomes and a demonstrated understanding of local industries and employment markets.As a Program Worker within the Housing and Employment team you will be required to assist participants experiencing housing instability, identify and access appropriate support, education and employment opportunities.
