About the jobThe successful applicant will join our Family Connect in Schools Program at Social Futures.  You will work within Catholic Schools in the Clarence Valley providing families with an entry point into service support.  The successful applicant will provide high quality, strengths based and person centered assessments and interventions within a case management framework. The ability to build collaborative relationships within the school and work within the ethos of the Catholic Schools is essential to the position. The role will be supported by the Family Connect and Support service.About youYou will be solutions focused, passionate about supporting positive change and have great people skills. You love working with families and have an understanding of the challenges they face.
