Are you passionate about supporting young people and families?Social Futures is excited to be seeking a motivated, skilled person to join our Reconnect team in the Clarence Valley. Reconnect is an early intervention program that works with vulnerable young people who are at risk of homelessness. The program provides support for young people 12-18 years of along with their families to build connection, increase life skills and prevent homelessness.
