Social Futures is seeking a motivated and skilled person to join our Youth Team as a Program Worker in our Homeless Youth Assistance Program (HYAP). This exciting opportunity will see you working with young people (aged 12-15) and their families who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. You will be joining a passionate and innovative team where no two days will be the same. Your previous experience in a similar or transferable position will see you providing high quality, customer centric assistance, with a perfect mix of case management and phone based intake support. To be successful in this position you will be able to demonstrate your ability to work collaboratively within a trauma informed approach in your engagement with young people and their families.
