Are you passionate about supporting young people and their families?Social Futures is excited to be seeking a motivated, skilled person to join our Connecting You team. The position is based in the Tweed/Ballina/Byron Region and works with vulnerable young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The program works closely with young people 12-15 years of age along with their families to build connection, increase life skills, and prevent homelessness.
