Social Futures is seeking two motivated and skilled people to join our Connecting Home program. This exciting opportunity will see you working with young people (aged 16 - 24) who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. You will be joining a passionate and innovative team where no two days will be the same. Your previous experience in a similar or transferable position will see you providing high quality, customer centric assistance, with a perfect mix of case management and phone-based intake support. To be successful in this position you will be able to demonstrate your ability to work collaboratively within a trauma informed approach in your engagement with young people and their families.
