Seeking a Community Services practitioner with extensive experience in supporting frontline staff in their practice development through reflective practice, group supervision, coaching and training.In this position and as a part of the Practice Excellence team, you will be supporting frontline staff working across Gold Coast, Northern Rivers, and Mid-North Coast in a variety of programs targeting children, youth, and families who are dealing with a range of psychological and social issues.This position will give you the opportunity to bring your passion for learning and development and evidence-based practice to a work environment that values learning. You will contribute your solid understanding of culturally aware, trauma informed, child safe practice to the development and implementation of learning and development activities aimed at enhancing the practice of our staff.
