Use your customer service skills to make a real difference!Social Futures is seeking people with exceptional customer service skills to join our Participant Experience team. As a Participant Experience Officer (PEO), you will work within our centralised and fully accessible South Tweed Heads office as the first point of contact and support for enquiries relating to Social Futures NDIS services. This phone-based role provides support to our participants, their families and carers and our regional Local Area Coordinator teams located across NSW. As such, your daily tasks will cover all aspects of the participant journey from inbound enquiries, information and connections, to appointment bookings across NSW.
