Social Futures delivers Local Area Coordination for the NDIS across Northern NSW, Western NSW, Far West NSW and Central Coast.  We are currently seeking a passionate professional to assist families and carers of children to transition from Early Childhood Early Intervention supports into Local Area Coordination services.New hands-on role working within our LAC Program Enhancement teamWorking across all regional teams to establish best practice service delivery and participant experience for children in the schemeRepresent Social Futures on NDIS Partner working groupsManage and development stakeholder relationships with ECEI Partners and providersWe are looking for someone who is experienced in working within ECEI service delivery, with strong understanding of understanding of NDIS legislation and frameworks experience. Experience working in this capacity with an ECEI Partner in the Community to the NDIS organisation is highly desirable though not essential.
