Are you passionate about supporting people with disability to achieve their goals?Social Futures is excited to be looking to add to our NDIS Local Area Coordination Team in Western NSW. As a Local Area Coordinator, you will assist people with a disability meet access to the NDIS, develop and use their individualised plans, and connect to other community and mainstream organisations that support their goals. You will do this by providing information and linkages around supports to people with a disability, their carers, family as well as the community in general.
