Social Futures is looking for an experienced, customer-orientated, medical receptionist with strong communication skills and a commitment to inclusion, to work in the headspace Lismore program.Purpose of the PositionThe Customer Experience Officer is responsible for supporting customers through face to face, online and telephone contact in a professional, friendly and helpful manner. They will maintain reception areas as a 'safe place' including maintaining confidentiality, privacy and dignity for all.The successful candidate will provide medical administrative and reception support to headspace Lismore. They may also be required, at times, to support all levels of the organisation in relation to their service support needs across multiple office locations and programs - this includes maintenance of relevant databases, booking systems, and directing queries among other duties.
