Social Futures is searching for an experienced customer orientated receptionist with strong communication skills and commitment to inclusion to work across both Choices Sexual and Reproductive Health Clinic and headspace.Purpose of the PositionThe Customer Experience Officer is responsible for supporting customers through face to face, online and telephone contact in a professional, friendly and helpful manner. They will ensure reception areas as a 'safe place' including maintaining confidentiality, privacy and dignity for all.The successful candidate will provide medical administrative and reception support to Choices and headspace but may also be required, at times, to support all levels of the organisation in relation to their service support needs across multiple office locations and programs.
