Social Futures is a NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) Partner delivering the NDIS Local Area Coordination (LAC) Transition Services in your community.The Team Leader, Local Area Coordination supports Local Area Coordinators to achieve optimum levels of service delivery and participant outcomes that are compliant with the contractual requirements of the funder, the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) while supporting staff to continuously improve service delivery and ensuring performance outcomes are met.Coordinating the achievement of business objectives within a demanding and complex service delivery environmentSupporting organisational culture and building staff capability within the team to meet operational demands in an environment of constant and persistent changeSupporting program growth and development while implementing innovative solutionsSocial Futures is an equal opportunity employer, accredited by White Ribbon Australia.
