Social Futures works to achieve social justice for regional Australians by supporting individuals, families and communities to take control and live well.The Team Leader position is part of the Community, Families & Youth branch at Social Futures. The Team Leader will be responsible for providing a leadership role in the delivery of a high-quality service; overseeing a team of youth facilitators responsible for the delivery of the Clubhouse Programs and ensuring practice is delivered in line with Social Futures Practice Framework. This position is responsible for the efficient and effective coordination, planning, programming, supervision and delivery of the programs of The Clubhouse. These programs include an after school hours Clubhouse from 3.30-6.00pm and the Links to Learning programs both local and outreach.Links to Learning is a targeted program implemented by the NSW Department of Education and Communities to improve the learning outcomes for young people. Links to Learning supports young people who experience barriers to participating in mainstream education or training. Young people who are at risk of disengaging from their education, are provided with learning opportunities and links to support services to assist them remain in or re-engage with education.Social Futures is proud to be a White Ribbon accredited workplace and is committed to ensuring we have a safe and respectful workplace for all.
