The Senior Manager, Practice Excellence is responsible for developing and delivering a range of services and initiatives to support practice excellence across the organisation. The role leads a small team in implementing organisational learning and development activities aligned with our practice principles to support the delivery of high-quality services.This is a challenging role in a high-volume work environment, supporting a diverse mix of internal and external stakeholder needs.
