Social Futures is a NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) Partner delivering the NDIS Local Area Coordination (LAC) Transition Services in your community.The Senior Manager, Northern Service Area manages the provision of high quality services to achieve optimum levels of service delivery and participant outcomes that are compliant with the contractual requirements of the funder, the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) while supporting staff to continuously improve service delivery and ensuring performance outcomes are met.Management of competing priorities to deliver Branch goals and objectives, within a demanding and complex service delivery environmentMaintaining a strategic focus and building capability across the Branch to meet operational demandsManaging program growth and development and ongoing changes to program delivery, with a focus on moving to a commercially focused, evidence based service delivery modeMultiple teams of staff across a diverse geographic footprint requiring expertise in multi-site management.An environment of constant and persistent change to all program aspects.Social Futures is an equal opportunity employer, accredited by White Ribbon Australia.
