Social Futures currently serves more than 80% of regional New South Wales.Purpose of PositionWe are looking for a person with experience in collaborating with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and who has strong links and ties to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.This position works from our Family Referral Service program and has a key role in the delivery of high quality services to families, children, young people and community. A key focus will involve working as a team and actively engaging, collaborating and partnering with clients and other service providers to optimise outcomes for families, children and young people.
