Social Futures currently serves more than 80% of regional New South Wales.Purpose of PositionWe are looking for a committed and energetic program worker for our Opportunity Pathways Program.As a Program worker you will be utilising a behavioural insights approach to engage with social housing clients. You will be setting goals and identifying aspirations and assisting participants to work toward achieving them. This is done by engaging across sectors and working collaboratively with employers and businesses, as well as employment, education and social service providers.Program workers will be assigned to individual participants and where appropriate will have the competencies to deliver culturally sensitive support.
