Situated in beautiful Tweed heads, this challenging but rewarding management role will see you leading and developing a diverse team and building a positive and engaging culture. You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the headspace centre, working with consortia partners, community advisory participants and a variety of stakeholders.You will have experience and understanding of evidence based interventions and a commitment to working with community in supporting young people with their mental wellbeing. Alongside a working knowledge of practice in a contemporary mental health setting you will have a working knowledge of quality compliance, risk and clinical governance, strong communication skills and excellent people management skills.About us:headspace is Australia's National Youth Mental Health Foundationheadspace Tweed Heads (under the direction of the Social Futures) is an innovative youth service, delivering primary and mental health, alcohol and drug services, social welfare and vocational services to young people aged12-25 years.
