Social Futures currently serves more than 80% of regional New South Wales.Purpose of PositionThe Practice Advisor, Child and Adult Safety fosters the implementation of best practice casework in relation to Child and Adult safeguarding. The role provides direct practice based professional support and development to Managers, Team Leaders, and frontline staff to optimise outcomes for families, children and young people.This role supports, and contributes to organisational learning and consistency of approaches related to child and adult safety in line with the Social Futures Practice Framework and other organisational requirements.
