Thriving in a dynamic environment, the Digital and Social Media Officer will work to support and contribute to a team and who has a love of all things digital.As a member of the Brand and Engagement Team for one of the largest not-for-profits on the Northern Rivers, this role has scope for innovation and new thinking.The Digital and Social Media Officer coordinates Social Futures’ digital and social media platforms to drive growth in digital traffic and increase user engagement and interaction, aligned with broader communications and engagement strategies. Web development knowledge is highly regarded and the ability to operate across content management systems, liaise with external web developers and our internal ICT team is a must.Helping drive the digital footprint for an ambitious and innovative organisation, this role will be focussed on how we best connect with the communities we serve and promote our work through multiple channels.If you have experience delivering digital and social media services and initiatives using a wide range of platforms, including identifying enhancements and planning future improvements and are confident working with competing priorities, supported by a great team, then we wan to chat to you!Applications close 4 pm Monday 2 September, 2019.
