As one of the first contact points for young people accessing headspace, the Clinical Receptionist will need to build a positive rapport with a wide range of young people, as well as their family and friends, and the wider stakeholder group. As such it is essential that they are pleasant, courteous, highly professional and able to interact with a wide and diverse consumer group.
