The White Ribbon Committee is focused on addressing men’s violence towards women because of the underlying power inequality and sexism that sustains gender-based violence and the disproportionately high prevalence of this type of violence in the community.Purpose of the PositionThe purpose of the Clinical Receptionist is to provide confidential administrative support to all operational areas of headspace Lismore by attending to all reception, secretarial, administrative (including MBS billing) communication and organizational details to support effective service delivery to young people aged 12-25 years.The role will provide reception support to various clinical staff to ensure smooth running of the service. As one of the first contact points for young people accessing headspace, the Clinical Receptionist will need to build a positive rapport with a wide range of young people, as well as their family and friends, and the wider stakeholder group. As such it is essential that they are pleasant, courteous, highly professional and able to interact with a wide and diverse consumer group.
