Due to an internal secondment, the Family Connect and Support team has an opportunity for a Program Worker based out of our Tweed Heads office.Family Connect and Support (FCS) provides timely information and advice to families, carer’s and community partners and supports appropriate referrals and provides practical assistance to families, children and young people.The PositionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high quality service, strengths based and person centered intake, assessments and interventions within a case management framework. The ability to be flexible and responsive to the needs of the service and to build positive connections and work collaboratively with key stakeholders are essential to the position.You will work within a highly skilled, supportive and motivated team and will involve travel to other locations and settings across the region.You will be able to demonstrate where you have supported families by connecting them with the right supports within other universal settings .i.e. working within schools.
