Including our work with partners, Social Futures currently serves more than 80% of regional New South Wales.We welcome applicants from all walks of life to our diverse and inclusive workplace.Purpose of the PositionThe purpose of the Practice Advisor - Child and Adult Safety is to foster the implementation of best practice casework in relation to child and family safety and provide direct practice based professional support and development to Program Managers, Caseworkers and frontline staff to optimise outcomes for families, children and young people. The role will also provide training (including sourcing external expertise) when gaps are identified in risk management, ROSH reporting, mental health assessment and working with distressed and escalated participants. Social Futures has offices across regional NSW and occasional travel to these sites will be a requirement of this position.The Community, Family and Youth Branch provides services and support to approximately 2000 participants per annum.
